Wear good walking shoes, and sunscreen. Bring rain gear if you plan on the River Ride to stay dry and to keep your cameras and cell phones dry. The property is beautifully landscaped, and the shows are wonderful.

It should be closed entirely during Covid. What they offer now is way too limited for the full entrance fee that they charge. Other than the roller coasters, everything else, including food stations, was pretty much closed. We feel we were ripped off!

If your only going to see the animals and you don't ride rides then go to the zoo. I don't recommend going to the overpriced and overcrowded food and wine festival either. We had to wait atleast half an hour for the tram ride to take us 2 miles away where we parked. Very slow transportation. It's lije ghetto Disney.

Upon arrival/check in the staff was very energetic and friendly. I had questions about tickets for Busch Gardens and the staff members were helpful in ticket purchases, they have discounted tickets (bonus). The room smelled freshly cleaned as we arrived earlier than the 3pm check in, they were very accommodating. Lots of restaurants close by and bars too!! I would absolutely recommend this hotel everyone was pleasant, also serve breakfast!

The location to Busch Gardens was great. We booked there simply because it was less than 5 minutes away from the park and they were one of the only ones that allowed smoking and had a pool. The night before we went to the park we were able to watch the firework display from the hotel clearly.

Very quiet room compared to other hotels we stayed at in the area. We travel from 5 hours to use are busch gardens passes and stay at multiple properties. For the money the hotel is great. Great sports bar right next door and breakfast restaurant on the other side.

we enjoy the fact that we were allowed to bring our dog. Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool ! The hotel was close to both Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. IHOP right next door was a plus.
